What is the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order. Usually it takes 1 hour for all orders to be send for production, once the payment is cleared. On average it takes up to 2.5 days for order items to be made, depending on a manufacturing queue. Then, you will receive another email when your order ships.

Can I change my order details?

Once an order has been sent to production – you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

How can I exchange or return my purchase?

Returns or exchanges are not supported if customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. However, we can only offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, such as manufacturing error, printing issues and etc.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. Please send us a proof of defected or wrong items to review for approval, before we can initiate a replacement order.

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

If your order was approved by Veganya team member as a replacement – no need to do anything. Your will just receive a new order of same items – at no charge. If you are not willing to receive replacement and just want to get a refund – please make sure your items fall under approved refund condition status: damaged, wrong items, print issues. Send us proof of damaged items with pictures and videos. Once approved, we will refund the amount back to your original payment form or gift card balance issued by Veganya.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are gladly accept all major payment types as cards and wallets accepted by Stripe: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, JCB, American Express; Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Where do you ship and what is the cost of shipping?

Veganya has partnerships with print providers located in different parts of the world but mainly in USA. Each of them work with different shipping and fulfillment operators, although we ship our products to most of the countries in the World.

All products by default get standard shipping which is First Class package, 3-5 business days within USA

Cost of shipping varys upon final destination. For a rough estimate keep in mind:

  • t-shirts/pants/hats/sweatshirts/hoodies shipping for USA $4-6 each, for Canada & Mexico $5-10 each
  • t-shirts/pants/hats/sweatshirts/hoodies shipping Worldwide $28 each

How can I track my package?

Once your product went through production and complete, your will receive a notification. Your shipping confirmation email will indicate a tracking number. Alternatively, your can go on a website and up in the header menu choose Track Order page. Then search it by a order number, which should be in your initial order confirmation email.

If you dont receive a confirmation for more then 4 business days, your order might still be in production. Our average production time is 2,5 business days and is not a guarantee.  If it is a holiday time our providers might be experiencing higher demand than usual and items may be taking longer to create.

How long will it take to receive my package?

From the moment of order confirmation til you receive your package it may take  between 5 – 10 business days for USA customers.

For International Shipping it may take 10-30 business days, as it is encountering customs regulations and processes differently, from country to country.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Customs fees can apply to shipments from multiple countries in the world, and are not exclusive to the United States.

We suggest that you do your research, as the fees are non-refundable from our side.
